Order your keepsake jewelry.

Step Two

Your Jewel send your free Handwriting Kit within 24 hours.

Step Three

The Handwriting Kit comes with step by step instructions.

Step Four

Once complete, take a photo and upload your handwriting back (via email) following the instruction provided.

Step Five

Your Jewel locally engrave and personalise your pendant.

Step Six

Your Jewel send beautifully packaged final keepsake.

* Should you already have a handwriting and not receive a Handwriting Kit, only steps 5 and 6 are the process.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

For standard shipping to the US and EU, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days for your Handwriting kit. After you complete your handwriting design and send it to us via a photo, it will take an additional 5 to 10 working days from then on before you receive your necklace. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays.

Shipping to a non-US address takes 1-2 business days longer.
Please note that the estimated delivery mentioned above includes production time.

Return Policy: New, unworn items can be returned to Your Jewel within 100 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items are one-of-a-kind, and can only be returned for exchange or store credit.

How it Works

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an Inkless Print Kit which is for you to capture your own or a loved ones fingerprint.

When you have captured the fingerprint it's then time to upload via our contact form and send this back to us so we can prepare your pendant for customisation and delivery.

Engravings for the pendant are added upon fingerprint upload.
